Abstract:With the continuous improvement of cross-regional mobile combat requirements, the field of equipment maintenance support is facing practical problems such as difficult selection of preset points, difficult determination of the number of spare parts, and lack of means of support planning. In this paper, aiming at the optimization problem of spare parts preset points under the fixed-point radiation maintenance support mode, under the condition of the optimal time and benefit of spare parts support, the location model of spare parts preset points for fixed-point radiation support is constructed. The genetic algorithm is used to solve the model of spare parts preset points location. The model and its solution algorithm are simulated and verified, and the preferred spare parts preset points for equipment maintenance are obtained. The results show that for the 15 spare parts preset points of fixed-point radiation maintenance support, when four of the spare parts preset points are selected, the workload of each point is about 0.63, and the value is reasonable, which can effectively solve the queuing delay problem and obtain the optimal spare parts preset point.
