    针对跨区域机动作战装备维修保障领域面临着备件预置点位难选取的问题,提出一种利用遗传算法给备件预置点位选址模型的求解方法。在备件保障时间与效益最优条件下,构建定点辐射保障备件预置点位选址模型,利用遗传算法给出备件预置点位选址模型求解方法,对模型及其求解方法进行仿真验证,得到优选的装备维修备件预置点位。仿真结果表明:对于15个定点辐射维修保障备件预置点位备选点,当选择其中4个备件预置点时,各点的工作负荷度均在0.63左右,数值较为合理,证明该算法可有效解决保障延迟问题。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to select the spare parts preset point in the field of cross-regional mobile combat equipment maintenance support, a method of using genetic algorithm to solve the model of spare parts preset point location is proposed. Under the condition of optimal spare parts support time and benefit, a fixed-point radiation support spare parts preset point location model is constructed. The genetic algorithm is used to give the solution method of the spare parts preset point location model. The model and its solution method are simulated and verified, and the optimal equipment maintenance spare parts preset point is obtained. The simulation results show that for 15 fixed-point radiation maintenance support spare parts preset points, when 4 of the spare parts preset points are selected, the workload of each point is about 0.63, and the value is reasonable, which proves that the algorithm can effectively solve the problem of support delay.
