    摘要:

    机动管线是战时油料长距离输送的重要手段,也在平时抗洪抢险、抗震救灾中发挥了重要作用。由于机动管线是一种临时性的军事设施,其输油调度、通信指挥还缺少稳定可靠的技术手段。根据机动管线泵机组的技术条件,设计了一种无损安装的、附加的数字化远程控制系统,系统设计遵循“网络中心、面向服务”的思想,采用“四横两纵”的架构,集AI仪表智能识别、现场嵌入式控制、高清图像自适应压缩传输、5G加密通信等技术于一体,可以实现泵机组运行关键数据采集、作业过程可视以及远程控制等功能,有效提高了机动管线的调度指挥效率与输油信息化水平,为机动管线输油数字化提供了关键技术支撑。

    Abstract:

    Motorized pipeline is an important means of long-distance oil transportation in wartime, and also plays an important role in flood rescue and earthquake relief in normal times. Since the motorized pipeline is a temporary military facility, its oil delivery scheduling and communication command still lacks stable and reliable technical means. According to the technical conditions of the motorized pipeline pumping unit, a non-destructive installation, additional digital remote control system is designed. The system design follows the idea of “network center, service oriented”, adopts the structure of “four horizontal and two vertical”, and integrates the intelligent recognition of AI instrument, The system design follows the idea of “network center” and “service-oriented”, adopts the architecture of “four horizontal and two vertical”, integrates the technologies of intelligent identification of AI instrument, on-site embedded control, adaptive compression transmission of high-definition image, 5G encrypted communication, etc., which can realize the functions of key data collection of pumping unit operation, visualization of operation process and remote control, etc., which can effectively improve the efficiency of the dispatching and commanding of the motorized pipeline and the level of informationization of the oil transmission, and provide the key technical support for the digitization of the motorized pipeline oil transmission.
