Abstract:Aiming at the problem that it is difficult for users to find the most suitable tariff package for their electricity demand due to the variety and complexity of retail tariff packages in current electricity trading, a hybrid electricity package recommendation model is proposed. The multi-attribute utility theory is introduced to realize the comprehensive utility model of users in the scenario of electricity price package. According to the hybrid recommendation algorithm, the best price package is given, so as to improve the overall operation efficiency of the power system and optimize the allocation of power resources. The results show that the model can provide a reference for smart grid electricity trading.
