Abstract:In order to enhance the efficiency and performance of the lifting mechanism for the hangings missile truck, its hydraulic system had been overall researched. Firstly, according to the existing model and the load of 1.5 t, the thrust was calculated through the torque balance equation. Secondly, the thrust in the lifting process was computed by ADAMS software simulation, and compare the results deriving from two different ways to provide reliable data support for the design of a hydraulic system of the lifting mechanism. Meanwhile, the received force on the rack of the fixed lifting arm was analyzed, and the fastening way between the rack and the chassis was also determined. The comparison of two calculation results indicated that in the case of the lifting arm with the load of 1.5 t, when it was close to the highest position, the thrust of hydraulic cylinder reached the maximum of 164.1 kN.
