Abstract:To reduce the muzzle disturbance of certain type remote weapon station when it continuous shooting and to improve the shooting accuracy, establish a dynamic model of the remote control weapon station and research its buffer. According to the four stages of the gun barrel movement, differential equations of motion for the gun barrel and buffer spring is establish, and use the 3D modeling software SolidWorks and dynamic analysis software RecurDyn to simulation the continuous shooting conditions in different stiffness, damping and pre-pressure of the buffer. Get the weapon muzzle vibration characteristic curve, and find out the influence of buffers on the weapon station.
